Stella’s notable achievements include serving as the former Regional Director of International Operations at the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) for 9 years, where she played a pivotal role in advancing Dubai as a premier destination for tourism and business. 

Her skill set encompasses strategic planning, market analysis, cross-cultural competence, leadership, budget management, brand management, digital marketing, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and international experience.
