Ichechi Okonkwo is an Entrepreneur, a Real Estate Expert, The Group Deputy Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Ltd, and CEO of Victoria Crest Homes a leading player in the Real estate industry in Nigeria, providing accessible luxury homes for over a decade. 

Prior to her current role, Ichechi worked at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in the E-Business and Cards Services Group as well as The Systems and Control Group, where she gained invaluable experience in all aspects of business formation, operations management, and business sustainability. 

She has done several entrepreneurship and business management courses, including the Special Executive Masters Programme in Global Business Strategy at The Metropolitan School of Business and Management UK, Women on Boards at IE Business School Madrid Spain and currently pursuing an MBA.

Beyond her career, Ichechi actively engages in social responsibility, particularly advocating for women’s empowerment, exemplifying her dedication to community development and collective growth.
