Dr. Sophia Horsfall is a Public Relations professional and holds a medical degree from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Imperial College and a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation and MSc. in Major Program Management  both from the University of Oxford.

After a stint at Military Hospital , Lagos , Sophia has enjoyed a 30-year career in  the Oil and Gas industry holding strategic roles in medicine, finance , HR and PR. She has led several corporate projects and is currently the VP Gas of the esteemed Women in Energy Network ( WIEN).

As a fellow/member of several institutes ; ICAN, CIPM, NIPR and  CIOD , she draws  inspiration from places she has lived; Nigeria, Australia, United Kingdom, East Africa and  management programs attended at Lagos Business School, INSEAD, University of Cambridge, SDA Bocconi amongst others.

Sophia loves non-fiction and travelling and is a strong advocate of DEI and life-long learning.
