Ms. Allwell-Brown is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with an LL.B and BL from the Nigerian Law School. She holds an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of London, along with a Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Laws specializing in International Dispute and Conflict Resolution from the same institution. 

Additionally, she earned a Special Executive Masters in Business Administration (SEMP) from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in London. Awoibim is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and holds memberships in the Chartered Institute of Directors (Nigeria), Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch). 

Her career spans from Advocaat and Associates to International Energy Insurance Plc., where she played a crucial role in successful merger and acquisition projects. She later served as Chief Operating Officer and then CEO of CP-Harcourt Investments Limited. Awoibim is committed to knowledge sharing and organizational growth.
