Transitioning from this role, I have successfully founded and grown multiple businesses in the UK and Africa. One notable venture is Manuella Care Ltd, a UK-based start-up providing trained Health and Social Care professionals, now employing over 70 full-time staff and expanding its client portfolio with large NHS Trusts.

Additionally, I identified and capitalised on an opportunity to establish a downstream and midstream Oil and Gas enterprise in West Africa, specializing in supplying and bottling liquid cooking gas, thereby diversifying the group’s holdings internationally.
